Returns / Refunds

Dear Customer,

In order to improve the speed and efficiency of our returns procedure the following process are in operation:

  1. Blackhurst Wade must be informed of any discrepancies or damages within 5 working days from receipt of the goods.
  2. Any items ordered which are not Blackhurst Wade catalogued products or “specials” cannot be returned for credit.
  3. Only returns accompanied with a C.R.N will be considered for credit.
  4. Depending on circumstance:
    1. Returns may be subjected to a 15% re-stocking charge.
    2. Carriage of the returns may be chargeable.
  5. All returns that are not authorised with a C.R.N will not be processed.
