Returns / Refunds
In order to improve the speed and efficiency of our returns procedure the following process are in operation:
- Blackhurst Wade must be informed of any discrepancies or damages within 5 working days from receipt of the goods.
- Any items ordered which are not Blackhurst Wade catalogued products or “specials” cannot be returned for credit.
- Only returns accompanied with a C.R.N will be considered for credit.
Depending on circumstance:
- Returns may be subjected to a 15% re-stocking charge.
- Carriage of the returns may be chargeable.
- All returns that are not authorised with a C.R.N will not be processed.
